Trader Joe's Cauliflower Stir Fry Bowl

Who else is team throw everything you got into a bowl and call it dinner? That’s me! I love just throwing all the veggies on a pan and calling it a day! Quick, simple, high protein, and 15 minutes or less is how I roll!

Lately, my fav go to dinner has been grilled chicken, broccoli, green onions, and Trader Joe’s Cauliflower stir fry — you gals …. IT’S A GAME CHANGER!!! Stop what you’re doing and stock up on at least 5 bags because you will be OBSESSED!!

Here’s the recipe for my bowl here!

INGREDIENTS:
1. @traderjoeslist cauli stir fry
2. Protein of choice I do chicken or ground turkey
3. Broccoli - I add this for extra volume and the green!


INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Spray pan with olive oil spray or use olive oil and add chicken seasoned with salt, pepper, whatever you like
2. Once chicken is cooked set aside and add cauliflower rice and broccoli to the pan, cover, and cook until tender
3. Top with chicken and I use TJS sweet chili sauce ❤️❤️❤️!
