Elevate Your Yogurt Bowl Game!

In general, I believe all of us can get stuck in a constant rotation of go-to meals since we know we like them and they’re usually easy! But sometimes our tastebuds are craving a change- which is where I come in to help! Here’s a peach recipe to switch up your yogurt bowls.

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 3 peaches 

  2. 1 cup Greek yogurt 

  3. 2 TBS maple syrup or honey

  4. 2 TBS olive oil - optional

  5. 1 TBS coconut sugar 

  6. 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  7. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  8. ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a baking dish with olive oil spray

  2. Combine the maple syrup, oil coconut sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt then stir. Spoon the mixture over the peaches, filling the center and letting it run over the sides

  3. Bake peaches for about 30 minutes until tender and add your fav yogurt on top and extra cinnamon :)
