I’m a Chicago raised, Scottsdale living fitness trainer, leader, mentor, Fiance, and dog mom with contagious energy who believes movement is medicine and that you are one step away from your BIGGEST dreams!
I am obsessed with all things food, fitness, and fun! Very into: my moccamaster coffee machine, a good latte, cute workout sets, smoothie bowls, Trader Joe’s, spicy margaritas, scorpio vibes, and making DEEP connections that light me up! I love helping women FEEL confident, like they can accomplish anything that comes their way, and that they are POWERFUL and CAPABLE!
I wasn’t always like this
I didn’t always have this community, this motivation, or this mindset ….
In fact, just a few years ago you could have found me not working out, feeling sad and lonely, struggling with binge eating/drinking, lacking motivation to workout, and really having no drive, passion, or ZEST for life!
where it started

2015
Moved to Arizona to work for Stryker, started a new chapter living by myself and working my first big girl job, and finally started a workout routine.
2016
Started to share my journey on instagram and get noticed by Cosmopolitan, Popsugar, and more.
2017
Moved back to Chicago get back together with the love of my life John and started navigating a new job traveling lots covering 7 states.
2018
Launched my first ever 12 week ebook on May 8, 2018 and things really started to pick up.
2019
I decided to switch medical device companies and start taking Froyotofitness at the time more seriously by doing in person events.
2020
The pandemic hit and I was blessed with the opportunity to go LIVE on Instagram and Zoom to build my amazing community which has now turned into Movement By MK.
2021
Finally quit my career in medical devices and took Movement By MK full time, sold my Wicker Park home, got a newfie puppy, bought a home, relocated to Scottsdale, AZ, and got engaged! WOAH!

Launched merch, hosted retreats, community events, and elevated our MBM app!
It all changed when I moved to Scottsdale, Arizona at the age of 24 and finally decided I had to change my life!
I bought a workout program and joined a gym, but little did I know that workout program would change my life forever! That small step led me to create a community of amazing women from all around the world and a fitness program that changes lives every single day!
Today you can find me outdoors hiking Camelback mountain followed by a big breakfast with coffee at The Henry and enjoying time with my guys Lou and my fiance, John!
