Yes, in the “NEW THIS WEEK” area of the app you will see the weekly schedule as well as receive an email every Sunday with the workout schedule! You can also find the weekly schedule posted to our instagram @movementbymk every Sunday.

As part of your membership I have classes ranging from 10-45 minutes for you to pick and choose based on your mood and feel.
Our average class time is 30-45 minutes. MK has found effective + efficient = success.

MBM offers a variety of classes focusing on body weight (no equipment) and dumbbell training. We recommend that you at least have a set of 5lb dumbbells to do the strength focused workouts! We also recommend a resistance band, a bench or chair.

Yes, LIVE classes are a part of the membership! It’s a great way to get access to MK, the community, and accountability! If you cannot come in real time, no worries - be sure to sign up so you can get 24 hour access to the recording!

You should always consult your physician but MK offers modifications throughout the class to meet your needs. You can modify where needed.

Yes, website adapts to phone and tablet browsers so you can watch our content anywhere!
You can use screen mirroring to play the video to your TV.

Yes, the billing cycle is monthly from your first payment date (or yearly if you’re on the annual plan).

You will have to cancel your membership before the billing cycle date. You can locate the date in your account setting under “actives packages”

Once signed into your account, you can update your billing information by clicking “Manage Account” or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select “payment methods” and update your billing information.
