Dark Chocolate Almond Butter Cups

Raise your hand if you are obsessed with almond butter and chocolate?! I know I AM! Stop what you are doing and immediately look in your pantry for the following items … you won’t be disappointed I promise!

INGREDIENTS:
16 oz dark chocolate chunks or chips - I used @enjoylifefoods
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup almond butter (I use @traderjoes unsalted)
sea salt for topping

DIRECTIONS:
1. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second increments until completely melted and smooth.
2. Fill a regular size muffin tin with paper liners and fill with one TBS at a time with chocolate until partially filled.Drop a small spoonful of the almond butter (2-3 teaspoons) into the center of each cup.
3. Then top the almond butter cups with the remaining chocolate
4. Sprinkle each almond butter cup with a pinch of coarse sea salt or in my case SPRINKLES bc they make everything better!

I made these and ate them SO FAST. Oh and John loved them too!
