  • I have workouts for any phase of your fitness journey whether you are advanced or a beginner!

  • My workouts require at least 1 set of dumbbells. A bench or chair is optional.

  • My workouts are at home friendly as long as you have 1 set of dumbbells!

  • My workouts vary from 10-45 minutes! Every Sunday I drop your new workouts on the app and let you know what workouts to do on what day so you don’t have to think about it!

  • It’s a monthly subscription so it will auto-renew unless you cancel!

At my core, I am obsessed with fitness, women empowerment, deep connection, community, taking action, and making your dreams a reality! I also love my guys Lou and John, and am obsessed with my morning coffee - not to mention candles, good food, spicy margs, and having fun in the sun!
