I have planned a step by step workout routine for you to follow from Monday, June 12th-July 9th so you can maintain consistency, have structure, and know exactly what workout to do/when without thinking about it!

Plus these workouts were designed to be done with dumbbells and will help you FEEL STRONG AND CONFIDENT all SEASON LONG!

  • These workouts range from 30-45 minutes and are pre-recorded so you can do them when they meet your schedule! I structured 5 workouts a week for you focusing on legs, arms, and fullbody!

  • The program starts Monday, Monday, June 12th and the group chat will end July 9th. From there you can keep the workouts but the group chat will conclude!

I created this method because as someone who struggled with lack of motivation, on/off dieting, and anxiety for years I realized there had to be a better way to live!

I spent many years struggling with letting my excuses get in the way, living with restrictions, and feeling like I wasn’t good enough until I took control of my life!

Over the years, I’ve learned the changes I’ve made in my life came down to three basic pillars which I live by to this day. Movement, Mindset, and Mindfulness. By building a routine around these 3 pillars I have completely changed my lifestyle and created long lasting habits that make me feel balanced, energized, and confident. Throughout my journey I focused on getting 1% better each day with baby steps that led to big results, which is what we will be focusing on in this course.
