MBM Low Impact Strength 4 week challenge is for women ready to create a consistent routine, feel confident in their skin, and commit to four weeks of growth with a supportive community by their side.

Whether you're building a foundation or taking your fitness to the next level, this program is designed to help you stay motivated, empowered, and strong every step of the way. If you’ve been looking for a structured, low-impact approach to building muscle, toning your body, and showing up for yourself, MBM 2.0 will guide you toward your goals with purpose and balance.

What's included
in the Challenge?!

  • A 4-week low-impact strength program for women who love building muscle and toning their bodies with minimal impact.

    • Flexible Workouts: Pre-recorded sessions you can do anytime, anywhere—no live workouts, just your schedule.

    • Workout Schedule: 4 strength sessions per week + 1 bodyweight sculpt session.

    • LISS Cardio: 3–4 low-intensity cardio sessions (walking, running, cycling) for 30 minutes at a steady pace.

    • Weekly Split:

      • Monday: Legs

      • Tuesday: Arms

      • Wednesday: Rest

      • Thursday: Sculpt with weights

      • Friday: Full Body

      • Saturday: Sculpt (Bodyweight)

      • Sunday: Rest

  • Throughout the 4 week challenge you will have community every step of the way in an exclusive MBM chat where you can check in daily, weekly, to motivate you every step of the way!

  • You will have direct access to MK every step of the way throughout the challenge for questions, inspo, and motivation!

  • Inside the MBM app you will see recipes and MK’s go to grocery list and MBM mindful manual to help you understand building a plate, navigating the grocery store with ease, and making protein packed recipes!

  • You will access the workouts through the app, desktop, or tablet.

    You can download on the app store, google play, or login on your desktop

  • The workouts range from 30-45 minutes

  • Amazing! Be sure to consult with your physician first. MK will modify as needed for you to ensure you have a safe workout!

  • This program is strength focused so we recommend a set of dumbbells - if you have a bench or chair that is helpful too!

  • My workouts are meant to meet you where you are at! I always provide modifications that will help you! We all start some where, YOU got this babe!

  • No, in order to maintain access to the program you must have an active membership

I created this method because as someone who struggled with lack of motivation, on/off dieting, and anxiety for years I realized there had to be a better way to live!

I spent many years struggling with letting my excuses get in the way, living with restrictions, and feeling like I wasn’t good enough until I took control of my life!

Over the years, I’ve learned the changes I’ve made in my life came down to three basic pillars which I live by to this day. Movement, Mindset, and Mindfulness. By building a routine around these 3 pillars I have completely changed my lifestyle and created long lasting habits that make me feel balanced, energized, and confident. Throughout my journey I focused on getting 1% better each day with baby steps that led to big results, which is what we will be focusing on in this course.
