I’ve been there…

After years of struggling with yo-yo dieting, living the on/off lifestyle, and struggling with anxiety I knew I needed to change my life! I turned to movement as a form of MEDICINE and that is all when it changed for me! I know what it feels like to have no control, want to give up, and have your “diet start tomorrow,” which is why I created Movement By MK!
