MK's Protein Packed Smoothie With FAGE Total 0% Plain Greek Yogurt

By now, you know SMOOTHIES are MY JAM!  Summer is here and the warm weather has had me craving berry-filled smoothies lately! You gals know I’m all about the protein, so I pack mine with FAGE Total 0% Plain Greek yogurt for that rich and creamy taste, a frozen berry mix, and of course all the toppings!  I won’t spoil the surprise though .. let’s talk about what' you’ll need to make this protein packed greatness for yourself!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower MAKES IT SO THICK AND YOU CANNOT TASTE IT

  • 1 cup frozen berries - I use a fruit medley mix with blueberries and strawberries

  • 1/2-1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice) - could need less or more depending on preference

  • 1/2 cup of FAGE Total 0% Plain Greek Yogurt - makes it so creamy and adds protein!

  • Chocolate or Vanilla protein powder (optional, for extra protein!) 

  • Top with 1TBS of almond butter

  • Granola of choice

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Combine FAGE Total 0% Plain Greek yogurt, frozen berries, almond milk, frozen cauliflower, and blend until creamy

  • Pour into your fav mason jar or glass and add your almond butter and granola for the perfect crunch

Honestly, I basically eat this every morning for breakfast because it keeps me full for hours, is loaded with protein, and is perfect for on the go! FAGE Total is the perfect addition to any smoothie for a no added sugar protein source … definitely be sure to add this to your next smoothie or even eat it plain with all your FAV toppings!
