Corporate medical device gal turned fitness trainer! I discovered I had a calling to empower women to feel like their most confident self so here I am just a gal recording kick ass workouts in my MBM studio for you!
At my core, I am obsessed with fitness, women empowerment, deep connection, community, taking action, and making your dreams a reality! I also love my guys Lou and John, and am obsessed with my morning coffee - not to mention candles, good food, spicy margs, and having fun in the sun!
