Anyone who knows me knows I am an ON THE GO GAL! Constantly running out the door jumping meeting to meeting, running to the gym, errands you name it – I’m sure you feel me right? The hardest thing for me is finding a healthy breakfast that I can eat on the go!

I recently used FAGE TruBlend Blueberry Greek Yogurt to make this easy, low in sugar, protein packed yogurt bowl and let me tell you it did not disappoint!

Here’s what you will need:

  • 1 container of FAGE TruBlend Blueberry Greek Yogurt

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1/3 cup blueberries

  • 1/3 cup strawberries

  • Buck wheats or any crunch you desire

 Instructions:

  • Pour yogurt into a bowl and top with toppings

  • Run out the door and enjoy your breakfast
