Ithaca Hummus Inspired Bowl

There’s nothing a refreshing bowl can’t fix! This delicious grilled chicken bowl will be your favorite go-to meal. This bowl, allows you to consume your veggies while being tasty and refreshing- thanks to the Lemon Beat Hummus by Ithaca Hummus. Here's how to recreate this meal yourself!

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Grilled Chicken

  • 2 TBS Ithaca Lemon Beat Hummus

  • Tomatoes

  • Cucumber

  • Reduced-Fat Feta

  • Red Pepper

  • Trader Joe’s Champagne Vinaigrette

  • 1/3 Cup Brown Rice

  • Spinach (add as much as desired)

Directions:

  • Grill chicken as desired

  • Add spinach as the base of the bowl, add as much or as little as you desire

  • Add ingredients into your bowl

  • Top it off with Ithaca Hummus
