Garden of Life Protein Packed Fall Smoothie

Fall isn’t typically smoothie drinking weather but for this one, I’ll make an exception! It’s one of my favorite new ways to fuel up after crushing a workout, it’s such a dreamy fall smoothie that’s packed with protein and yummy! Want to learn how to make your own? Keep reading to find out!

For this specific smoothie, here’s what we will need:

  • 1 frozen banana 

  • 1 date

  • 2 scoops Garden Of Life vanilla sport protein powder

  • 1/2 cup optional frozen cauliflower for thickness 

  • 1-2 cups almond milk, depending on how thick you want it 

  • Cinnamon 

  • Ice

Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients into your blender (I use Ninja Kitchen) and blend on high for 2-3 minutes 

  • Put in your fav cup and top with more cinnamon (Ello Products are my fav straws, use code FROYO15)
