A Berry Delicious Protein-Packed Smoothie

One of the best things about Summer is the food that comes along with the season, aka a good old smoothie! There is nothing quite like a refreshing sip of a drink packed with flavor to cool you down on a humid Chicago day. Not only that but they’re also so easy to make too!

Smoothies provide a lot of freedom in the sense that you can add as many goodies and health packed ingredients as you want. A way to get the nutrients you need while drinking a delicious drink? Um yes, please!!

For this specific smoothie, here’s what we will need:

  • 2 scoop Garden of life vanilla protein powder link to buy

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1-2 cups frozen blueberries/raspberries

  • Add ice (eyeball these measurements to what you believe is enough for you!)

  • Top with almond butter and frozen fruit
